Quyen began her career in education six years ago, as an elementary school teacher in Chicago Public Schools. During her tenure, Quyen served as a member of the Instructional Leadership Team, facilitating professional development and analyzing data to inform curriculum design. She also served as a Mentor Teacher, working with new CPS educators to provide guidance in classroom management and instructional strategies. Quyen's passion to create supportive environments that empower both new and experienced educators to thrive has taken her to SameGoal. Today, she helps Illinois school districts implement best practices in Special Education, Section 504 and RTI/MTSS using SameGoal's documentation platform for Special Programs that helps save teacher time, foster collaboration and streamline communication.
