If the canned reports within Skyward do not provide you with the exact information you are looking for, you always have the capability of creating custom data mining reports. In this session, we will create a datamining report and show off the unique features of datamining, such as: creating total lines within reports, sort and filter options, cloning reports, and creating a PDF report vs. an excel report. This session is intended for current Qmlativ users.

Process Manager is a tool within the Process Management module you can use to create a workflow within your district. It allows users to define custom processes, assign tasks, and track progress, making it easier to manage various district operations, such as administrative tasks and business functions.
This session will walk you through the purchasing process on Qmlativ. It will review the purchasing process in full (setup of purchasing groups and approvals, creating purchase orders, receiving purchase orders, purchase order reporting, dissemination of the purchase order, and additional purchase order utilities). In this session you will learn how to customize your dashboard and make your most often used items in Skyward easily accessible to you. Participants will leave this session knowing how to mark favorites, add tiles to their dashboard, and add frequently used items in Skyward to your dock. Participants will have time to customize their Q dashboard through this session.
This session will demonstrate some time-saving features to reduce the time it takes work in Skyward’s Qmlativ software and will focus on the Financial Management system. Navigation, Creating Filters, Views, Live Tiles, and Live Charts, setting Favorites and Docking items, and advanced Browse tricks are just a few of the things you will learn.
