This session will walk you through the purchasing process on Qmlativ. It will review the purchasing process in full (setup of purchasing groups and approvals, creating purchase orders, receiving purchase orders, purchase order reporting, dissemination of the purchase order, and additional purchase order utilities). This session is intended for current Qmlativ users.
We will review how to prepare your data for the transition to Qmlativ as well as gaining an understanding of how data is managed differently from SMS 2.0.
Learn to customize your Skyward Dashboard with helpful tips and tricks to add tiles, docks, and favorites. In this session you will learn how to customize your dashboard and make your most often used items in Skyward easily accessible to you. Participants will leave this session knowing how to mark favorites, add tiles to their dashboard, and add frequently used items in Skyward to your dock. Participants will have time to customize their Q dashboard through this session.
This session will demonstrate some time-saving features to reduce the time it takes work in Skyward’s Qmlativ software and will focus on the Financial Management system. Navigation, Creating Filters, Views, Live Tiles, and Live Charts, setting Favorites and Docking items, and advanced Browse tricks are just a few of the things you will learn. This session is intended for current Qmlativ users.
