One representative from each member district can participate in the delegate meeting. User Group financials, accomplishments and future plans will be discussed. Delegates have a voice in the direction the Illinois Skyward® Steering Committee moves in throughout the course of the year. We ask that if you share this information with others in your district. 

This session will highlight Qmlativ's canned Financial reports. It will also demonstrate the capability to add fields to list screens and other unique ways we can create reports within Qmlativ. This session is intended for current Qmlativ users.

This session will walk you through the Accounts Payable processes on Qmlativ. It will review the accounts payable process in full (setup of invoice groups and approvals, creating invoices, accounts payable reporting, creating checks via the accounts payable run process, and additional invoice utilities). This session is intended for current Qmlativ users.

An overview of some of the different reporting options available in Qmlativ, specifically for Student Information. We will firstly look at a smattering of the canned student reports (including but not limited to Student Information, Student List, and Duplicate Student Numbers), and then the second half will focus on how to build Data Mining Reports within Qmlativ which enable you to design your own reports. You can attend overviews of Q Student Management in sessions 5 and 10.
